Have you often wanted to start yoga but have no idea where to begin? Have you had a bad experience in a yoga class and are too afraid to join a group class again? Or maybe you’ve been practicing for a while but need some help refining your alignment. Then this course is for you!

What do you get for your R1000? Two qualified and experienced yoga teachers- one teaching and one gently guiding you physically in the poses. An understanding of breathing, the postures and a guided meditation to end each class. You’ll even learn how to chant!

Monday nights (2,9,16,23 March) 19:30-20:45.

Week 1: Standing Asana
Week 2: Forward Folds
Week 3: Backbends
Week 4: Surya Namaska & Inversions.

Booking is essential as we only have 10 spots.
