Come and join us for a session of acrobatic yoga suitable for beginners and intermediates alike!

Class starts with a yoga inspired warm-up and then we’ll move on into various partner acrobatic exercises that can each be performed at a level you are comfortable with.

Our acrobatic instructors have many years of experience as trainers and our yoga teachers are all certified. And our studio has a high enough ceiling for our most intrepid students to try their hand as a shoulder stand or two!

Expect a great work-out, lots of laughter and new friends!
